Spiced kumara chocolate cake
50g cooking chocolate 
260g red kumara, cooked and mashed
100g butter
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
pinch salt
grated chocolate
1/4 cup milk
Topping:
125g cream cheese
2 tsp liquid honey
Chop the chocolate and melt over hot water. Mashe the kumara. Cream the butter and sugar. Add the kumara and beat until light and fluffy. Add the melted chocolate and beat into the mixture. Sift together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Stir in the milk and add the mix to the kumara mixture. Pour into a greased 23cm tin. Bake at 190°C for 45 minutes. Cool and ice with the cream cheese topping. Decorate with shaved choclate.
